When drinking alcohol the body is affected in many ways .It affects the proper functioning of your brain as well as your liver and kidneys. The proper functioning of the liver is very important as it filters alcohol out of the blood stream.
Alcohol will prevent your body from working at top performance as the minerals and nutrients you body needs will instead be moved to the liver to help it metabolize the alcohol faster. This is the reason why you tend to have a hangover the day after drinking. The presence of alcohol in the body also causes dehydration and this is another cause of stress or a panic attack on your body.
The symptoms of alcohol and panic attacks are the same as any other form of panic attack and include fears, trembling,nausea, sweating, and many more. If you have an episode of panic attack after drinking alcohol then you will be able to stop these panic attacks by moderating your alcohol consumption.
If you are already a panic attack sufferer then alcohol will only makes your panic attacks worst. Individuals that suffer from alcohol and panic attacks tend to be effected by chemical change sin the body more then others. As a result the chemical changes that occur when they are drinking will be more extreme.
The regular over consumption of alcohol can change your brain chemistry and increase the possibility of having a panic attack and depression. The withdrawal from alcohol can also cause anxiety attacks as well.
Alcohol will enable you to function if you are an alcoholic. However this is like any withdrawal and much of it is in your mind. If alcohol and panic attacks affect you then you need to look at how much you are drinking. Stop alcohol consumption for a while and see if this affects your panic attacks.
